  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup plain, nonfat yogurt
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup buckwheat flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
